I cannot believe it! I just really can’t believe it…

The past day has been one of the best in my life, all thanks to the simple product I tried, “Cure My Sweaty Palms”. Not only have my hands stayed dry the whole day, but I also have this new sense of confidence that is just simply amazing. I even shook a client’s hand today… and didn’t have to swipe my hand on my pant leg first!!

The day began like every other one; waking up, taking a shower, getting dressed, and then heading off to work, but in the car ride there I realized that for the first time I wasn’t having trouble gripping the wheel due to sweaty palms! I thought to myself, “Can this really be working?” At first I didn’t want to believe it, but now I know SURE that I have finally found the cure. No more sweat, no more embarrassing dropping items, and finally I can shake hands with confidence and show the world who’s in charge?

YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

My co-workers even noticed my confidence and have started treating me with more respect! Even my boss stopped by at my desk and complimented me on my attitude, something he has never done before. He even mentioned that I could be “well on my way” towards  the promotion I had asked for a few days ago!

It’s still hard to believe all this was accomplished through a simple system recommended by a friend. When I got home though I finally realized that it was all over, no more sweaty palms. Man, I just feel so confident I want to go to my rooftop and shout “No more sweaty palms! You have no more control over me anymore!

I’M FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!”

Some Hope At Long Last!?

I think I might have finally found something to help me!

My friend recommended this product called “Cure My Sweaty Palms” and after hearing about it, it looks like it might finally be my ticket to sweat free palms! It obviously works great, because I didn’t even know my friend suffered from sweaty palms until he recommended the product to me!

I ordered the system and I really can’t wait for it to arrive, ‘though I don’t want to get my hopes up too much. I just really can’t stand all the embarrassing moments my sweaty palms cause. Lately it’s gotten so bad that I’ve been afraid to shake hands with people before I wipe my hands on something. Plus, with all the added stress of trying to get a promotion it seems like my hands are just sweating even more than usual. I really am at my wit’s end with this problem and I am really hoping that “Cure My Sweaty Palms” will be the solution to my problem.

My friend said that he hasn’t had any problems with it, but with all my past experiences with gimmicks and medicines that don’t seem to stop the sweating at all, it’s hard for me to believe that my problem will ever be fixed. Then again, the product seems very different from all the previous ones I’ve tried, and the first one that seems like it’s actually gotten results with other people.

Many have even said that they too had similar terrible results with other products before they finally had success with this one. Anyways, I’m just gonna keep my fingers crossed from now until the package arrives on my doorstep and hopefully the next time I write, it will be with sweat free palms…

Hope Shot Down…

Man was today terrible…

I’ve been dealing with sweaty palms for so long (as you all well know, and I finally thought I had found the perfect solution, a product called “Sweaty Palms Be Gone Fast” that promised to get rid of my annoying excessive sweating and leave my palms dry and cool.

So, I went to work this morning, after having applied a layer to my hands after breakfast, and thought that the day was going to go great. Boy was I wrong! As soon as I sat down at my desk I started to experience the all-too-familiar annoyances again. I started with fumbling to pick up the phone and dropping it, my hands were slipping off the mouse, and eventually led to me needing to wipe the sweat off my palms every couple minutes.

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

At this point I realized I was in for a terrible day, but no matter how much more of the product I applied, my palms just kept sweating through it. Then, just to make matters worse, I realized that I had scheduled a 1:00PM meeting with my boss to discuss my request for a job promotion. We all know how he felt about my past endeavors, so you could imagine how self-conscience and nervous I was.

My panic level was about to go through the roof. As you can guess, the whole thing didn’t go that well and my boss had to keep asking me if everything was OK as my hands sweated buckets. Finally the meeting was over and I headed back to my cubicle, realizing that I had purchased one of the most inefficient products ever.

I feel like a complete dope and also like I’m never going to find a solution.

I’m not going to give up though. I WON’T let this ruin my life!

Sweaty, Even When Motionless?

Even when I’m sitting down, my palms sweat.

And every day, I feel more self-conscious about it.  Just the other day, I went on a date with my girlfriend.  After dinner we went for a walk around town.  I reached for her hand as I was telling her a story.  She let my hand go, wiping the sweat off on my shirt right afterwards.

Needless to say, that didn’t feel so great.

You know, there’s other things you can just not think about. I have a few extra pounds… but who doesn’t? And I wear glasses, but that’s never been a big thing. Most people think glasses make you look sophisticated.

But, with my hands, it’s not like I can just NOT think about it.  I can’t pretend that I don’t have that problem. Every day, constantly, my hands are sweating. So, even for the littlest things my hands become a big deal.

An example is when I’m working. I work in an office, and most of the time I’m typing at a computer.  That’s pretty normal, right?. But for me its different. For me, I have to keep a towel next to my computer. Whenever it gets too sweaty I have to wipe it down just so I can work.

My boss asked me about my towel once, with a smirk on his face.  I said it was to wipe the lint off the screen, but I know that he knew better.

The worst is when I meet somebody new. I never want to shake hands, even during business meetings. It feels like when you just got out the bathroom, and you don’t know if there is water on your hands.  Except it’s like that all day long.

I hope I find a solution to this problem soon.  Please, if you have one, let me know!

Tried Some Home Remedies…

I’ve been trying a lot of home remedies for sweaty hands lately. At this point, I’m DESPERATE….

Seriously, though. When something starts affecting your life as much as my hands are now, it becomes more than just an annoyance.  It becomes a problem that you have to deal with. (Which is exactly where I’m at right now)

Let me tell you about a few things I’ve been trying recently.

First, I heard that not eating certain foods would help. They say that foods with high iodine levels make your hands sweat more. Most processed salt has iodine in it. And certain foods, like fish and sea vegetables, are rich in iodine.  I stopped eating beef, trout, broccoli, turkey, onion and started using much less salt with dinner.

But it didn’t take me long to realize that most of my diet is the things they said I can’t eat.  So I only stuck with this for a couple of days before calling it quits.

Then, I got a tip that using alcohol strips on my hands would work. I guess it shrinks the pours, making it harder for sweat to get out. Well, after a full day of smelling like a hospital I couldn’t stand much more. And my palms were so itchy, it really wasn’t worth it.

And just yesterday, I read that soaking your hands in cool water with 5 teabags would work. Sounds kind of silly to me… but at this point I’ll try anything. I just picked up some cheapo teabags at the supermarket today, so I’ll know if this actually works soon.

I’m still reading through the e-books I told you about in an earlier post, so I don’t have much to add on that just yet.  But I do have confidence that the answer is right around the corner. All I have to do is keep going!

If you got the same problem as me, make sure to keep reading my blog.  When I fix my problem, I bet you can do the same thing.

Some Bad News…

I have some bad news to write about today.  I really just want to VENT, so bare with me please…

The other day, I was driving to work listening to some Zeppelin. I was running about 15 minutes behind, so I was going a little above speed limit. I’d say no more than 10 mph.

Anyway, a small red Prius cuts in front of me on a two lane main drag.  My brakes have been kinda spongy the past few weeks, so I try to swerve to the right.  But, I couldn’t.  My palms were too sweaty, and my hands slip when I try to spin the wheel.

I smash into the back of the Prius.  Luckily, nobody was seriously hurt. I got a bruise on my right hand, but that’s about it. It slipped off the wheel right before impact and banged against the middle console.

The bad news is that my car is totalled, and the geniuses at the insurance company are saying that I’m at fault. Even though the lady cut me off. That figures, doesn’t it? Now, my premiums are gonna go through the roof and I’m looking for a new car.

Great.

Needless to say it hasn’t been my best week.  But other than dealing with the accident stuff, I’ve been doing a lot more research online for a solution to my sweaty hands problem.  There is just so much data out there! Its hard to tell what’s true and what’s BS.

But I don’t got much of a choice. I have to get this figured out… and soon.

On a side note – I’m wearing gloves when I drive now. Not that comfortable,  but I gotta do what I gotta do.

How Would You Handle This?

OK, so I had an interesting conversation with my boss yesterday.

First, let me give you some back story.  Last week, we had a prospect come into the office to work out the details of a project we`re working on. I’m pretty involved with that particular project, so I sat in on the meeting.

Anyways, I walked said prospect through all of the technical aspects of the roll out, and my boss fielded the commercial questions.  At the end of the meeting, we shook hands and parted ways.

That’s right. We shook hands. (Sigh).

Anyway, this week, the prospect decided to go with our competitor. My boss asked why, of course. The prospect told my boss that it’s because he had “hesitancy” about our offering. And that “people trump profit.”

Apparently, the prospect had a problem with me among other things. In fact, he said (and I quote) “he had a wet fish handshake”.

I’m not certain I know exactly what that means, but I have an idea. And I should mention that this guy is the epitome of old school, ‘my-word-is-my-bond’, ‘we-are-all-friends’ type of business.

My boss brings me into his office for a review today. It could’ve been worse, given the situation. But he did say that he has “concerns about my place in the corporate image” and that “being a brand is more than products and prospects”.

And get this: he mentioned the towel I told you about before, in an earlier post.  You know, the towel I use to wipe my keyboard down. My boss says that it’s and “eye sore” and that, apparently, my coworkers are complaining that it stinks.

I don’t know if that’s true. It really just seemed like he was ticked about the prospect and was venting. And like I said, all things considered, the meeting could’ve gone worse. I still get to go to work in the morning.

But I don’t know what to expect in the future at this point. I guess I have to wait and see.

Getting into the first Curing Sweaty Palms program, and it looks promising.

Today I really started to dig into the first Cure my sweaty palms program that I ordered. It’s got quite a bit of information, along with a few free guides that I haven’t even looked at yet because I’m more concerned with getting rid of my sweaty palms and the problems that they cause. I’ve been looking for a way to cure my sweaty palms for a long time so I really hope this one is finally it. The author also suffered with the same problem for over 20 years, and has probably done way more research into it than I ever will be able to devote my time to, so I respect his opinions on the matter.

The Cure my sweaty palms program includes a very extensive book that I haven’t read over, but I’ve skimmed much of. There’s some really interesting information available here that I think will be really helpful to this gross embarrassing problem that I suffer from.

I will have more to report on this program as I read more and try out some of the techniques for myself. I did have time to read through one section and had the chance to use one of the techniques today when I was shaking hands with a really cute girl that happens to do some accounting work with the company that I work for. I was always too nervous to approach her, but now that I’ve gained a little bit of insight and confidence I was able to, and didn’t even get sweaty. That’s some definitive progress after only checking out a small portion of the Cure my sweaty palms program.

Stay tuned for more information on how cure sweaty palms.

Sweaty palms still aren’t fully cured, and it’s been a while since I posted.

Hi again. Sorry it’s been so long since I last posted. I’ve been crazy busy lately and haven’t gotten around to discussing my problems with sweaty palms. They are still a problem, and I really wish I could cure my sweaty hands, but it’s not as easy as I thought it would be. Even with the wealth of information available on the internet. Last time I wrote to you I discussed two possible candidates that would help me cure them. I just received them the other day and have started going over them and learning a few tricks. I’m not sure how well they will work out yet. They do seem promising and have solid claims and proof that they aren’t full of crap.

I haven’t had too many embarrassing experiences lately with my sweaty palms. Just last week I went on a date with this girl and only had some slight clamminess when I first met her. Then to my surprise, throughout the rest of the night there wasn’t too big of a problem or at least not that I noticed. This might have been something to do with the alcohol we consumed that night while playing darts. Still it was sort of refreshing to not have crazy sweaty palms all night. I’m pretty sure it was because I was using some of the techniques I learned in one of the programs I ordered that help to stop this problem and they seemed to be working, but I’m not perfect at it yet. I’ll have more time soon to continue reading through the programs and their recommended approaches to getting rid of the problem.

Have you found a program that is working for you? Let me know in the comments, I’d be happy to hear your experiences as well – especially if they work.

This weekend my sweaty palms nearly killed someone.

No, I’m not kidding about the headline either. This weekend it was my mother’s birthday so I headed up to the cottage to hang out with the family and partake in the birthday festivities. On Saturday morning my father decided that we should gather up a few of our neighbors’ and do some yard work around the cottage. Nothing too crazy, cutting down some trees, raking, planting some grass seed and splitting wood.

The day was a great day, nice and sunny, not too much wind, and little cloud cover. Got a little bit of sunburn on the back of my neck because of the sun, but it was still nice spending 5 or 6 hours out in the sunshine working away.

After we got the grass seed planted, and trees cut down, we had to split some of the wood for stacking for the coming winter. Some of the neighbors’ are getting up there in age and we didn’t want to put them through the somewhat difficult task of splitting wood. So, I was given the job of splitting the wood. No problem right?

Wrong. I started out splitting the wood just fine, but then I noticed my hands were getting sweaty. Not too much, but just enough that it was noticeable. So, as I went, wiping my hands on my pants and continuing to split the logs for the fire. I got through about two cords of wood and was taking a break having a smoke with my dad enjoying the day. Then it was time to get back to work.

So, off I went to the splitting stand with axe in hand. I started splitting more wood and I guess I didn’t realize how sweaty my palms were getting because the axe literally flew right out of my hand and nearly hit one of the neighbors’ in the leg. Luckily enough he was quick to jump out of the way, but boy was I embarrassed about that. I tried to play it off like it was just an accident, but when he went to pick up the axe he clearly noticed the sweat stains on the shaft.

Not only can sweaty palms be annoying and embarrassing, they can also be potentially deadly as I found out. I really hope one of the programs I’m evaluating starts to work soon. Hopefully this week I will have more time to read up about them and see what they can do for my sweaty hands.
